Join Our Team and Keep RV Adventures Rolling! ️ We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused RV Parts Associate to join our growing dealership. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you! What You'll Do Assist technicians and service advisors by identifying and ordering the correct parts. Research and verify part numbers, compatibility, and pricing. Manage inventory — shipping, receiving, stocking, and organizing parts. Help walk-in customers at the retail counter and provide recommendations. Upsell accessories and add-ons to enhance customer experience. Safely operate forklift for parts handling and inventory management. Assist with propane tank refills and safety checks. Stay up to date on new products and RV market trends. What We're Looking For Experience in an RV dealership, automotive, or similar parts department preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read parts catalogs. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Positive, team-oriented, customer-first attitude.
