Marine Service & Parts Specialist

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Marine Service & Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our sales and operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to assisting both clients and team members. Responsibilities Receive inbound service calls, assess customer needs, prepare and send quotes, order materials and coordinate service jobs with the shop Service Manager Conduct new customer delivery outreach Prepare/inspect boats for customer delivery Haul boats to/from boat shows Create/maintain build books to document manufacturing processes Assist production with online parts ordering, shipping/receiving and physical inventory Pick, pack, and ship merchandise and service orders Responsible for shipping, receiving, and physical inventory Run local errands (FedEx, West Marine, etc.) Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues on various projects. Requirements Prior experience in the marine industry preferred, specifically in a customer-facing role. Willingness to become a Notary Public (company-supported certification). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
