This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our parts department. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately Collaborate with technicians and other team members to fulfill parts orders Receive, inspect, and organize incoming parts shipments Provide technical support and product information to customers Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills and Qualifications:
