Manage the parts sales process from start to finish Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and team members Assist customers with parts availability, pricing, and order updates Read and interpret parts catalogs to identify correct parts and components Answer incoming calls and provide accurate quotes and product information Review body shop estimates to verify parts accuracy and pricing alignment Maintain high levels of customer service for both internal and external clients Pull and fill parts orders while maintaining inventory accuracy Conduct routine bin checks and notify management of low-stock items Source out-of-stock parts and coordinate emergency orders when needed Ensure internal parts requests are billed correctly on repair orders Process customer payments and credit authorizations accurately What You Bring Previous automotive parts experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow Basic math and computer skills

Requirements:
