Key Responsibilities:

Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with accurate parts identification and ordering Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter, by phone, and via email Use OEM and aftermarket catalogs to research and source parts Create parts quotes, invoices, and special orders Maintain parts displays, stock levels, and organization of the parts counter area Support technicians by pulling and staging parts for repair orders Work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure smooth daily operations Assist with inventory counts and vendor returns as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

Previous experience as a Parts Specialist, Parts Counterperson, or similar role preferred Strong knowledge of commercial truck, automotive, or heavyâ€'duty parts Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogs Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using dealership management systems and parts lookup software Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Please upload your resume.
