Parts and Labor Specialist "PALS"

Welcome every guest face to face or over the telephone leaving them with an experience that reflects upon the entire dealership. Must be tech savvy and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. As a parts advisor you will work with customers who are looking to fix or improve their Harley-Davidson, giving them advice and providing customer service to get them the necessary parts. While as a service advisor, you will answer customer questions, schedule appointments and help the customer determine what services they may need based on their motorcycle issues while working closely with the technicians. Maintaining customer inventory on-site, tracking and organizing. Full benefits, including health insurance, paid sick leave, paid vacations, and 401K. Must have a motorcycle endorsement.
