Marine Parts and Service Advisor

We are looking for a Marine Parts and Service Advisor to join our team here at Lake & Bay Marine. As a Parts and Service Advisor, you will work with customers looking to have service performed on their boats, as well as customers ordering parts. You will also be responsible for working with the service team to order parts for service jobs.

This role may include:

Helping customers over the phone and in person with parts ordering. Helping customers over the phone and in person with scheduling service for their boat, as well as assisting customers with questions while their boat is in for service. Handling warranty claims processing. Creating purchase orders for parts and materials. Maintaining relationships with vendors. We are open Monday - Friday and closed on the weekends.
