Peter Boulware Automotive Group, proud operator of Peter Boulware Toyota in Tallahassee, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our busy Parts Department. As part of our growing team, you'll play a key role in keeping our service technicians and customers moving forward with the right parts at the right time.

What You'll Do:

Receive, inspect, and accurately document incoming shipments of vehicle parts and accessories Verify orders against packing slips and purchase orders Organize and stock parts in the warehouse efficiently and safely Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders to customers and other dealerships Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided) Provide excellent internal customer service to our service department and sales team

What We Are Looking For:

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience a plus) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (may include occasional local deliveries) Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
