We're looking for an experienced Parts Advisor with strong automotive knowledge and a genuine passion for helping customers. What You'll Do Provide fast, accurate, customer‑focused parts support for retail customers and the Service Department. Customer Interaction — Answer phones, greet customers, and communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person Order & Sales Support — Assist with parts inquiries, stock checks, and order processing following ITC/ICC standards Service Department Coordination — Work closely with technicians to supply correct parts for repairs Inventory & Receiving — Receive, inspect, unpack, store, and track parts; maintain perpetual inventory Invoicing & Payment — Create accurate ADP invoices, process payments, and handle credits Returns & Warranty — Manage core returns, warranty parts, and general returns Work Area Standards — Maintain a clean, organized counter and stockroom What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Excellent communication skills Basic math skills for inventory and invoicing Knowledge of automotive parts and systems Acceptable driving record + valid driver's license We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs For a more detailed view, visit: www.totalrewards.lithiadriveway.com.
