As the parts associate you will be responsible for managing the inventory and distribution of parts and equipment to technicians for each job, ensuring accuracy. This will include receiving, storing and issuing parts as well as maintaining accurate and up to date information through our database. This position will work closely with the dispatch team to ensure proper and timely scheduling for job completion.
Essential Functions:
Receive, stock and organize parts and equipment in the warehouse Maintain accurate inventory records, including returns, through our system Fulfill part orders verifying payment, scheduling availability and order completion Identify and order correct parts for jobs through multiple manufacturers Work with the dispatch team to provide ETA's and parts status updates for customers Process returns for incorrect or defective parts Maintain accurate logs for all shared equipment Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma ( Some college strongly preferred) Comfortable working in a warehouse Ability to lift, carry or move +50lb parts Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and maintain accurate records High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness Excellent customer service skills, communication, and problem solving skills Excellent organizational skills
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
