Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Identify and recommend the appropriate parts and services to meet the customer's needs.
- Assist with inventory management and counts.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Efficiently manage parts receiving, stocking, and invoicing.
- Process vendor invoices, returns, and related paperwork promptly.
- Engage professionally with customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
- Strive for and maintain top-tier customer satisfaction ratings (Five stars!
Requirements:
- Experience with Bobcat equipment is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Self-motivated, organized & capable of multitasking.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Package includes:
- $20.00 per hour + commission
