Parts Inventory Manager

Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Parts Inventory Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a background in heavy truck parts, inventory, and customer service. Pay is salary plus commission. Duties Maintain optimal stock levels, tracking inventory, and implementing efficient storage solutions. Ordering parts and ensuring timely delivery. Assisting customers with parts identification, quotes, and order processing. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to parts availability. Monitoring parts costs and updating in system. Maintain accurate data entry for all transactions related to inventory and sales. Ensure compliance with safety standards in warehouse management and equipment handling. Requirements Proven experience in parts ordering and inventory management. Familiarity with warehouse management practices, shipping & receiving protocols, and inventory control techniques. Ability to analyze data for planning and procurement management decisions. Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on automotive repair processes is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
