Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price. Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock. Process, file and code all rebates monthly. Review and code invoices sent from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to ensure accuracy. Ensure that all dealership and OEM invoices are scanned and maintained properly. File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received. Ship parts to assigned locations. Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted. Track orders for counter sales and repair orders, follow up with vendors as necessary. Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations. Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location. Other duties, as assigned.Preferred Candidates have the following:
Prior parts experience, preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) High School Diploma, College or Technical training preferred but not required.Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or climb. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Required to sit for an extended period of time (hours). The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
