Description of the
Role:
The Parts Counter Person at Gwinnett Place Ford in Duluth, Georgia, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance in the parts department. This role requires excellent communication and organization skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist the service department and all external customers in locating and ordering parts Provide accurate and timely information regarding parts availability Process and track parts orders Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper storage of parts Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or issues All other tasks assigned by the department manager
Requirements:
Ford parts experience in a parts counter role is required. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories CDK or other dealership DMS experience is required. Proficiency with XTime, OPS, Repairlink, OEConnection preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient computer skills and ability to use inventory management software
