(MARIETTA) $16-$20/hour. Full-time, in-person. Million Mile Motors is expanding our Marietta location to include a full-service mechanic shop, and we need a sharp, organized Auto Parts Coordinator to keep the parts pipeline running. If you know your way around parts databases and can source the right part the first time, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source OEM and aftermarket parts for the service shop — phone, email, supplier portals Look up parts by VIN and application using Mitchell, AllData, or similar parts databases Maintain an organized parts inventory: receiving, stocking, labeling, returns Coordinate with the Service Technicians to make sure every job has the parts it needs, on time Process warranty claims and core returns Build relationships with local parts suppliers — get the best pricing and the fastest delivery Keep accurate records of parts orders, costs, and inventory levels

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience with auto parts ordering — dealership, repair shop, parts house, anywhere you've done it before Working knowledge of parts databases — Mitchell, AllData, ALLDATA Repair, Mitchell 1, or similar Ability to source OEM AND aftermarket parts and know when each is right Comfortable on the phone with vendors and technicians Organized — you can find what you put away yesterday Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
