Job Description
Ice House America, LLC (IHA) is on the lookout for a Parts Lead. At IHA, we foster an atmosphere where customers, collaboration, innovation and teamwork are at the forefront of our success. As a key member of our team, the Parts Lead is responsible for ensuring the parts department shipments are shipped timely and accurately, supporting inventory management, inputting parts orders, and managing the parts warranty process. This role collaborates with various departments to ensure everyone receives the parts needed for company operations.
Main responsibilities:
Parts Shipments and Management:
- Onsite lead of parts team ensuring team completes tasks
- Ensure parts shipments are picked, packed and shipped in a timely manner
- Validate accuracy of parts shipments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure parts orders are fulfilled
- Assist customers in identifying parts needed for orders
- Manage Facebook page
Inventory Management:
Coordinate with inventory team to maintain accurate inventory records. Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.Data Entry & Reporting:
Accurately input parts orders into the system. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, discrepancies, or potential improvements.Process Improvement & Coordination:
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance parts process. Manage parts warranty process tracking warranty parts and coordinating with Sourcing and Purchasing Manager on warranty shipments to suppliers. Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
