- Full-time Overview Join our team where you'll be a Parts Specialist whoi is responsible for identifying, sourcing, ordering, and supplying replacement parts for heavy equipment machinery including crushers, screeners, conveyors, shredders, grinders and related construction or aggregate equipment.
The role supports internal service technicians and external customers by ensuring accurate parts identification, inventory management, and exceptional customer service which will help drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence every day. Key Responsibilities Assist customers and service technicians with heavy equipment parts identification and sales. Research and interpret parts manuals, schematics, and equipment serial numbers. Process parts orders, quotes, invoices, and returns accurately. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. Source parts from OEM and aftermarket suppliers. Track backorders and communicate delivery timelines to customers. Ensure accurate receiving, stocking, and shipping of parts. Operate ERP/software systems for inventory and order management. Support warranty parts processing and documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department. Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Coordinate freight and logistics for parts shipments. Promote company products and aftermarket support programs. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of heavy equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or diesel parts experience preferred. Strong knowledge of heavy equipment components and systems: Hydraulic systems Diesel engines Undercarriage components Bearings, belts, hoses, filters, and wear parts Ability to read parts books, schematics, and exploded-view diagrams. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory software. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Operate a forklift Valid driver's license. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, bend, and walk throughout the workday. Ability to work in warehouse and shop environments. Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
