Auto Parts Specialist / Assistant to Manager Perry, Georgia Join the Wingate Ford Team We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Automotive Parts Counter Specialist to join our fast-paced dealership. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, knowledgeable about automotive parts, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service to both retail and wholesale customers. Responsibilities Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases Identify and source the correct parts using electronic parts catalogs Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and organizing the parts department Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely repairs Receive and inspect incoming shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction Qualifications Previous automotive parts experience is required Dealership experience is strongly preferred Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and a team player Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
