Warranty Parts Specialist CANADYS - Richmond Hill GA This is a Full Time, Hourly position, working On-Site at our Richmond Hill GA Branch near Savannah.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 / Hour Based on Experience - With Eligibility for Performance Based Pay /

What You'll Do:
This position is responsible for the Full Life Cycle of Service Parts and warranties, ensuring technicians and our customers have the support, parts and filters they need. Researching warranties and parts to purchase, and file claims in the most cost and time-effective manner. This is a full-time position with the mission of this position is to establish accurate and consistent stability in ordering parts and filters as well as processing and ensuring any and all credits included but not limited to warranty and returns. Parts are ordered accurately and timely, Technician support by prompt service and correct part staging. Ensure company credits and Max yields is achieved through bill credits.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Making sure that the correct parts, filters, and other materials are accurate and arrive in a timely manner. Arranging for efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to installers and technicians. Work closely with Dispatch, Service and installation Departments (i.e. customers down on hold, customers to be quoted, and warranty). Being First Point of Contact for warranty verifications and P&A requests for Field Technicians. Continuous and transparent communication with customers for ETA on parts that are ordered. Processing all warranty parts and warranty labor credits quickly and with maximum yield, as well as following through the company receiving due credits quickly. Help company achieve it's Daily Mission Statement, It's Vision, while portraying it's core values at each business function. Obey the company Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES
High school diploma/GED required Construction experience a plus, but not required At least 2 years of experience in Office environment Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours Strong customer service skills Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal) Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level Able to work both independently and as part of a team Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Must be a critical thinker - Strong English composition skills Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within department Professional and able to collaborate with other internal staff Self-starter with strong self-accountability mindset in achieving set individual and team goals
REQUIRED
High School diploma or equivalent Bilingual a plus, not required. Expertise with Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems 5-10 years of relevant experience with documented / exceptional results. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
PREFERRED
3-5 years experience as a Warehouse Lead in Plumbing & HVAC trades (preferred) Experience in the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical Experience with Service Titan
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Moderate lifting may be required (15-20) pounds
