We specialize in European and import vehicles and take pride in providing exceptional service to both our customers and our team. We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Parts & Shop Support Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a key role that supports both the front office and the shop floor—ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and being an essential part of a team. What You'll Do Parts & Inventory Source and order parts from multiple vendors Compare pricing and availability to maximize profitability Track parts orders, returns, and deliveries Build and maintain strong vendor relationships Front Office Support Answer phones and assist customers as needed Support the check-in and check-out process Process payments and maintain accurate records Help keep the front office clean, organized, and professional Shop Coordination Assist with workflow organization and daily operations Perform customer follow-ups and callbacks Support the team wherever needed to keep the day moving efficiently What We're Looking For 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or automotive experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone Basic computer skills and familiarity with shop management systems/data entry Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Why Join Us Consistent full-time hours Stable, growing shop with a strong reputation Supportive team environment Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to safely enter and exit vehicles
