Auto Parts Counterperson

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Auto Parts Counter Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive parts and systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles, process orders, manage inventory, and provide support to our service team. Experience with Automotive Paint & Body or knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems is a strong asset and will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with parts inquiries and purchases Identify correct parts using catalogs, databases, or customer information Process sales, returns, and special orders efficiently Maintain a clean and organized counter area Help manage inventory, including receiving and stocking parts Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and helpful service Stay updated on product knowledge, including new and aftermarket parts

Qualifications:

Prior experience in an auto parts or similar retail environment preferred Knowledge of automotive systems and components preferred Automotive Paint & Body experience is a plus!
