Job Description

Job Summary:
Parts Counter is responsible for taking parts orders from customers either on the phone or in person. They would also research and provide technical assistant to the customers.
Essential Functions:
Take parts orders in person and over the phone Research customer needs. Place order with vendors and follow up on status. Maintain customer-company relationships. Inventory Control Maintain store display inventory. Assist the company in necessary duties to achieve company goals. Work with others internally and externally to resolve issues as they arise. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
High school education or GED equivalent required. Valid Driver's License Attention to detail General Computer skills dependable with strong work ethic •
