Coordinate with Service Coordinator on priority, demands, and fleet Handle customer phone inquiries for parts orders. Look up schematics/diagrams to assist mechanics in finding part numbers. Create purchase orders and manage the purchase order process. Receive parts orders and cross-reference parts numbers on invoices. Manage transfers between Des Moines and Ottumwa locations. Assist in scheduling outsourced vendor drop-oƯs/pick-ups. Schedule parts pickups and deliveries for the Parts Runner. Keep inventory organized and fully stocked. Track parts/orders outside of shop area. Tracking ETA of parts for Shop Manager and Mechanics. Other duties/tasks as assigned.
