PARTS SALESMAN

Responsibilities Greet customers professionally and ascertain their needs for parts or accessories Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles or equipment Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries accurately Process sales transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and competitors' offerings to enhance sales strategies Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in automotive or industrial parts retail Strong knowledge of vehicle or machinery parts is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales processing A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued

Pay:

$41,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
