Parts Specialist

Parts Specialist Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Starting at $18.75/hour (based on experience) We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Counter Assistant/Parts Specialist to join our Maintenance team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a mechanical mindset, and take pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

Source and order parts, materials, and supplies needed for equipment repairs Look up parts using catalogs and vendor systems Answer calls and coordinate pricing, availability, and orders Track and maintain inventory using both physical and electronic systems Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality Coordinate pickups and deliveries of parts Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal team members Process and track work orders to ensure timely completion Support the maintenance team with day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior parts experience and/or mechanical background preferred Comfortable working with numbers (discounts, percentages, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Why Join Us?
