What We're Looking For:
Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience. Previous experience is a plus, but not required — we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Manage the parts sales process from start to finish Assist customers and internal staff with parts inquiries and purchases Work with the Parts Manager to locate and source parts not currently in stock Process special-order requests for customers Provide updates and communicate with customers regarding parts status and availability Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times Follow all company safety policies and procedures Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the automotive industry
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management abilities Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Physical Requirements:
