Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parts Specialist/Office Admin to join our team! In this multifaceted role, you will be the vital link between our inventory management, supplier relationships, and customer service operations. Hedrich has historically supported customers from their headquarters in Germany. Along with recent Service additions in the US, we will now start stocking parts in the US. You will help set up a parts inventory system and ensure parts are procured, quoted, invoiced, etc. You will also support our growing Service team in North America. If you thrive in a role that combines parts management with administrative excellence, this is the perfect fit for you! As our Parts business grows, we expect this to become a full-time position within 12-24 months. Duties Manage inventory control, including shipping & receiving, stock replenishment, and parts organization Coordinate procurement activities by sourcing domestic and foreign parts Work with German counterparts to ensure the proper parts are being supplied Support logistics functions by managing shipping schedules, coordinating freight shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of parts Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to internal requests and external customer inquiries regarding parts availability and order status Requirements Familiarity with procurement management, sourcing strategies, and negotiation techniques to optimize costs and supplier relationships Proficiency with inventory management, Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail for inventory control and pricing accuracy Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics coordination, and warehouse experience Experience with international shipping requirements and regulations Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and suppliers Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Parts Specialist/Office Admin where your energy fuels our success! Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
