We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Spare Parts Sales Technician Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Interact with customers to understand their order requirements, address inquiries, and provide assistance throughout the ordering process.

BOM Knowledge:

Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) and AutoCAD to accurately assess component requirements and facilitate order processing.

Excel Experience:

Proficiency in Excel to manage order data, track inventory levels, and generate reports as needed.

Microsoft Word Experience:

Use Microsoft Word to create documentation such as invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels.

Estimates:

Collaborate with sales and production teams to generate accurate estimates based on customer requirements and company capabilities.

Order Processing:

Process incoming orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are captured and communicated effectively to the production team.

Shipping:

Coordinate shipping logistics, including selecting appropriate carriers, arranging pickups, and preparing shipping documentation to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service and manufacturing settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Technical experience is an asset and experience with AutoCAD is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation. Knowledge of shipping procedures and logistics is preferred but not required. A degree in Engineering is preferred but not required. Salary and Benefits Salary commensurate with experience & annual bonus opportunity.
