Company Overview Bee Zee Service Station specializes in automotive mechanical repairs and collision/body repairs. We are dedicated to providing top-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert craftsmanship and reliable solutions. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Parts Department Manager to lead our parts department with enthusiasm and precision. This role involves overseeing inventory, managing supplier relationships, coordinating procurement, and ensuring the smooth operation of all parts-related activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automotive parts management, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the parts department team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency Manage inventory levels using ERP systems, CMMS, and order management systems to ensure optimal stock availability Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to maximize value Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and managing sourcing strategies Coordinate logistics for shipping & receiving, warehouse management, and inventory control to streamline operations Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist with technical inquiries and support automotive service teams Implement demand planning strategies to forecast parts needs accurately and reduce excess inventory Skills Extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement management, and logistics within the automotive industry Strong supplier management skills with a proven ability to negotiate favorable deals Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and auto body repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with dealership teams and customers Knowledge of OEM parts sourcing, auto repair processes, dealership operations, and automotive diagnostics Ability to analyze data for demand planning, pricing strategies, and inventory optimization Join us as a Parts Department Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding service while managing critical supply chain functions.
