We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Parts Record Clerk (Part-Time, Temporary) in Morton, IL. Job Summary:

As a Parts Record Clerk at Caterpillar, you will be responsible for claims customer service for Europe, Africa, Middle East, Eurasia (EAME) and Asia Pacific (APD) regions.

Investigate and Process Claims Manage multiple shared group inboxes Collaborate with other work groups to ensure record accuracy Process claims disputes Provide accurate claims reporting What You Have (Required Skills): Accuracy and Attention to

Detail:

Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Data Gathering & Analysis:

Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.

Problem Solving:

Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills): Must be technically oriented with some exposure to SAP Must have demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse audience Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel or equivalent) Good analytical, communications (oral and written) and interpersonal skills as well as a self-starter with the ability to function well in a team environment

Summary Pay Range:

$21.90 - $32.90 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
