We have been family owned since 1963 with 13 dealerships across Central Illinois. We are a premier family-owned automotive group employing nearly 700 talented individuals throughout the region! We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our Peoria team. What We Offer Competitive starting wage Full training in your hired position with a seasoned mentor Career growth opportunities across 13 dealerships Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 401(k) FREE Life Insurance Paid Time Off Employee discounts with outside businesses Family-owned and operated company with advancement opportunities Responsibilities Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Assist customers and technicians with locating and ordering parts Work with the Parts Manager to source parts not currently in stock Complete special-order part requests for customers Communicate with customers regarding parts availability and order status Maintain accurate inventory and organized work areas Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner Follow all company safety policies and procedures Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the automotive industry Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous auto parts experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record This isn't just a job — it's a career.
