We are a family-run business that takes pride in providing excellent customer service and supporting our local community. Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments Assist customers over the phone and in person Log in, organize, and manage appliance parts inventory Keep the service center clean and organized Help route and dispatch service technicians Process paperwork, warranty claims, and service documents Order parts from vendors Pick up parts from local suppliers as needed Support daily operations of the service department

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependable and punctual Comfortable working with computers and office software Ability to lift heavier items when needed Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a service, parts, or support role Mechanical or appliance-related knowledge is a plus

Schedule:
