We run a high-velocity shop focused on turnaround time, and clean execution. What You'll Do Source, order, receive, and stage parts for trucks and trailers Maintain no stockouts, no bloated shelves Coordinate closely with technicians Manage vendor relationships Track cores, warranties, returns, and credits Keep the parts room organized, labeled, and audit-ready Ensure parts are billed correctly to repair orders Help reduce cycle time by getting the right part, right now What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in heavy-duty truck or trailer parts (shop, dealership, or fleet) Strong knowledge of truck & trailer components and systems Comfortable using parts catalogs, vendor portals, and shop systems CDK, Mitchell 1, Decisiv, Fullbay, or similar systems experience is a plus (not required) Compensation $25-35/hr base depending on experience Performance bonus tied to efficiency Full benefits package - 401(k), 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life insurance, PTO Consistent hours, steady fleet work, and leadership support
