$25-$30 Join TDI Packsys TDI Packsys designs, installs, and supports advanced inspection systems and packaging automation equipment for leading food, beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Parts & Service Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, working with customers, and keeping a fast-paced service organization running smoothly. Why This Role Matters You will be the operational hub of our Service Department, working closely with customers, the Field Service Team, vendors, engineering, and operations. Your ability to stay organized and communicate effectively will directly impact customer satisfaction and technician efficiency. What You'll Do

• Coordinate the daily schedules of the Field Service Team for installations, preventive maintenance, commissioning, and emergency service.
• Serve as the primary contact for routine customer parts and service requests.
• Prepare accurate parts and service quotations and process customer purchase orders.
• Maintain parts inventory, replenish stock, and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Manage warranty claims and inbound/outbound shipments.
• Maintain work orders, service documentation, and NetSuite records.
• Coordinate equipment commissioning and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Partner with Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing, and the Service Operations Manager to ensure exceptional customer support.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, inventory accuracy, and service workflows. What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, inventory, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP/NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting inspection systems, X-ray inspection equipment, metal detectors, checkweighers, packaging automation equipment, conveyor systems, or other industrial machinery is a plus but not required. Why You'll Enjoy Working at TDI
