Parts Associate 196 North Jefferson Street, Watseka, IL 60970 From $15 an hour - Full-time From $15 an hour - Full-time Position Summary The Parts Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting customers and technicians in identifying, sourcing, and purchasing the correct parts and accessories for powersports vehicles. This position requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for powersports. Key Responsibilities Greet customers (in person, by phone, or online) promptly and professionally. Assist customers in identifying parts, accessories, and apparel suitable for their powersports vehicles. Process parts and accessory sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain knowledge of current parts, accessories, and promotional programs. Support service technicians by ensuring timely and accurate parts supply for repair orders. Receive, inspect, and shelve incoming parts shipments. Organize and maintain an orderly parts department and inventory. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counts. Follow up on special orders and notify customers when parts are received. Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and warranty claims. Assist in merchandising displays and showroom setups for parts and accessories.
