Full-time Location:
Burns Harbor, IN Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opening for an Outside Processing Routing Representative . This role is a critical part of the team responsible for maintaining the seamless flow of steel through external processing facilities. The position may be based at any of the following
Regional Offices:
Burns Harbor, IN; West Chester, OH; Novi, MI; or Cleveland, OH. Summary of Responsibilities Assign and manage required outside processing steps and processors in SAP for applicable customer orders Collaborate with Outside Processing and Quality teams to understand processor capabilities, capacities, and operational constraints Work with C entral Q uality to establish and maintain rules ensuring orders are routed for Outside Processing (OP) review in SAP when r equired Monitor order flow and troubleshoot system or routing issues, working with IT to resolve SAP-related discrepancies Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualification:
B.S. degree in B usiness, Supply Chain, or a related field , or equivalent work experience . Minimum of 1 year of s teel industry experience. Demonstrated ability to solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer basics including Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems Experience coordinating with external vendors or processors Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
