In this role, you will assist customers and service technicians with locating and ordering automotive parts while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers with selecting and purchasing automotive parts Recommend related parts, accessories, and current specials Pull and prepare parts orders from inventory Answer incoming phone calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information Assist outside sales representatives with parts orders Coordinate orders for shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up Support service technicians by locating parts needed for repairs Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Arrive promptly and maintain dependable attendance Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Previous automotive parts counter experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
