Salary Range:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Hands on Training Retirement Plan Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an automotive parts department or a related retail role is a strong plus. Solid understanding of automotive makes and models, and their respective parts. Familiarity with automotive parts catalogs and inventory systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic computer proficiency for inventory and order processing. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying and finding the automotive parts they need. Accurately look up parts using electronic catalogs and reference materials. Process customer orders, including taking payment and scheduling installation if applicable. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts counter and display area. Assist service technicians by locating and delivering needed parts efficiently. Manage inventory, including receiving new parts, stocking shelves, and performing cycle counts. Build positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business.
