Parts Counter Sales

We are currently looking for a dependable, customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist to join our day-shift team at our Evansville location. Key Responsibilities Assist walk-in customers with parts selection, ordering, and product recommendations. Provide pricing and product information by phone and support outside sales representatives. Help maintain parts inventory and order accessories as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations. Preferred Experience Prior experience at a parts counter, heavy-duty truck/automotive parts, or inventory management. Strong background in customer service and retail or wholesale sales. Who You Are You work well independently, manage your time efficiently, and need little supervision. You value accuracy, follow through, and prefer a steady schedule. You enjoy helping people, solving problems, and guiding them to the right solutions. You handle fast-paced work, juggle tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
