Parts Counter Sales:

Provide professional customer sales and service for incoming phone requests. Issue parts and accessories to Retail Customers from the parts counter Utilize the phone and internet to fill Collision and Mechanical Shop orders. Issue purchase orders, control files and other paperwork at the parts counter

Qualifications and Requirements- Parts Counter Sales:

General Motors Parts Sales experience preferred Auto Parts / Collision Parts sales experience Inventory Management skill /experience Accounting skills/experience Personnel Management skills/experience Good customer service and communication/phone skills Self-motivated, good work ethic and a team player Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Basic Computer Skills CDK experience a plus but not required
