Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson to join our Parts Department. In this role, you'll assist retail customers and service technicians by providing the right Toyota parts and accessories quickly and accurately, ensuring a positive experience every time. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and service technicians at the parts counter
• Build and cultivate relationships with our outside business partners
• Identify and locate the correct parts and accessories using catalogs and computer systems
• Maintain well-organized stock and ensure accurate inventory counts
• Build lasting relationships with customers through professional and friendly service
• Stay informed on new Toyota products, promotions, and technical bulletins Qualifications
• Previous automotive parts experience preferred (Toyota experience a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
