Job Description
Compass Truck Sales is hiring an Entry-Level Parts Assistant to support the parts department and service team. This is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, dependable, and willing to learn. You will help keep the shop running smoothly by supporting technicians and service writers. Responsibilities Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory Pull and stage parts for technicians Assist with parts delivery to the shop floor Maintain accurate inventory records Support service writers with daily tasks Keep parts area clean and organized Assist with returns and warranty parts General shop support as needed Communicate with vendors when directed Qualifications Entry-level (experience helpful but not required) Basic computer skills preferred Strong organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork Dependable and willing to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monday-Friday schedule Paid holidays Paid time off Training and growth opportunities Team environment
