We are not looking for an entry-level counterperson. We are looking for a proven producer. The right candidate should be capable of generating $200,000-$300,000+ per month in parts sales through a combination of relationship-building, hustle, industry knowledge, urgency, and consistent follow-through.

Veldman's Auto Parts is a full-service automotive recycler specializing in late-model vehicles and high-quality recycled OEM parts. We service retail customers, body shops, garages, dealerships, and other salvage yards across Chicago, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Michiana, and Southwest Michigan through our own delivery fleet. We operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with strong systems, strong inventory, and a management team focused on performance, accountability, and customer service.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experienced used auto parts salesperson Strong understanding of automotive systems and parts interchange Proven sales performance in recycled OEM parts or aftermarket automotive sales Ability to build and maintain relationships with: Body shops, Mechanical shops, Insurance-related accounts, Dealerships, & Other recyclers/yards Ability to work leads aggressively and consistently Self-motivated and highly competitive Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with inventory management systems and estimating platforms is a major plusIDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate: Already has industry relationships Understands urgency and customer retention Knows how to quote accurately and close efficiently Can manage large daily quote volume without losing follow-up opportunities Takes pride in numbers and performance Wants to grow with a serious companyCOMPENSATION
