Leachman is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting both our customers and service technicians by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient parts ordering and inventory management. Responsibilities:

Prepare invoices for customers on vehicle part orders Correctly identify and order necessary parts in a timely and cost-efficient manner Place and track all parts orders, communicating status updates to customers and service technicians Pull and organize parts for technicians and customers according to invoices Receive and verify parts deliveries meet quality and accuracy standards Handle cash transactions following proper procedures Maintain clean, organized work areas including storage and desk spaces Complete all required training and certifications as needed Provide excellent customer service with courtesy and professionalism Qualifications and Requirements Valid and clean Driver's record for the past two years (for delivery responsibilities) Strong automotive background preferred Time-management and organization skills Basic computer skills Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and online Pre-employment background check and drug screening required In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at Leachman will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
