Job Description
We are currently recruiting for the role of Parts Specialist for a client in Owensboro, KY. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes - apply today! Major Responsibilities Manage purchasing, purchase orders, invoicing, and record accuracy Identify and maintain vendor accounts to ensure competitive pricing Process and track orders to meet job timelines Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally Monitor and adjust inventory to reduce waste and obsolescence Pick up arts when delivery is unavailable or urgent Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and paperwork processing Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Work Environment This role involves the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, operate computer and telephone, and move around the office, yard, and warehouse environments. May require lifting and moving of parts or materials weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
