Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Powersports Parts Specialist, where your passion for powersports vehicles and exceptional customer service will drive success! In this energetic role, you will be the go-to expert for all parts and accessories related to motorcycles, ATVs, UTV's and other powersports equipment. Your enthusiasm will help customers find the right parts, understand vehicle maintenance needs, and enhance their riding experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical knowledge with retail sales skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a vital role in ensuring inventory accuracy, providing top-tier service, and supporting the overall dealership operations. Responsibilities Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories for their powersports vehicles through expert product knowledge and active communication Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures with professionalism Help manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and placing special order requests promptly to ensure product availability Utilize marketing strategies to promote parts specials, seasonal promotions, or new product launches to boost retail sales Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote customers or suppliers and communicate effectively with team members to support dealership goals Requirements Proven experience in retail sales within a dealership or automotive environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and automotive service practices Excellent organizational skills with experience in inventory management, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and retail math principles for accurate transactions and stock management Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—along with strong phone etiquette Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing outstanding customer service Dealership experience or background in powersports industry is highly advantageous Join us as a Powersports Parts Specialist where your expertise fuels adventure!
