Parts Counter

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team full-time. This role supports multiple departments within the Tempest companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming parts and materials Deliver parts to technicians or service bays as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and parts storage areas Help with basic shop tasks such as sweeping, taking out trash, and organizing tools Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and shipments Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment Support the team with basic mechanical or maintenance tasks, as assigned Follow all company safety procedures and protocols Perform other general labor duties as required Support the parts team with daily tasks and learn parts counter operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in the industry is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift and move 50lbs or more Ability to work in various positions, including sitting, standing, kneeling, and bending, for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn A willingness to work extended hours as needed Valid driver's license (if required to move vehicles or make part runs) Forklift experience preferred

Working Conditions:

Shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery May require occasional lifting, bending, and physical tasks May include outdoor work depending on deliveries or vehicle movement

Compensation and Benefits:
