What You'll Do:
Assist customers with parts sales and inquiries Identify and source parts using catalogs and inventory systems Process orders, returns, invoices, and payments accurately Keep inventory organized, stocked, and up to date Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service Support the service department with internal parts requests
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills Parts sales or mechanical experience preferred Kubota equipment knowledge is a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented team player Basic computer and POS system skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
