dealership in St. Francisville is currently looking for experienced GM Parts Advisor. At Fabre Chevrolet GMC, our Parts Advisors are a crucial piece in the customer service experience. A Parts Advisor is responsible for communicating within the company about vehicle repair requirements and relaying information to Technicians and Service Advisors. Their duties include quoting parts to determine relevant costs and availability, maintaining up-to-date knowledge about their employer's range of services, and
  • most importantly
  • staying in contact with Service Advisors about parts' arrival status. Parts Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. Duties and responsibilities may include the following:
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt and accurate quotes
  • Continuously update the Service Advisors on the status of parts on order
  • Retain and return parts in concert with the Subaru Warranty process
  • Quote wholesale orders as required
  • Check-in daily deliveries
  • Pull parts for technicians
  • Any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications :
  • Organized, energetic, and friendly personality
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dynamic environment
  • Time management skills
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record
