Our Parts Advisors are responsible for assisting our technicians and retail customers with accurately looking up and selling auto parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Our team of Parts Advisors assist our technicians and also interact with our Service team. The Parts Advisor is also responsible for assisting retail customers at our retail parts window.

Responsibilities include:

Selling parts and providing estimates to technicians Assisting retail customers with purchasing the correct parts for their vehicle Keeping stock organized Providing premier customer service and parts knowledge to all of our internal and external customers. Pulling orders for wholesale and retail Potential candidates should be familiar with automotive parts and have experience using a parts catalog. Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates should be proficient in using Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Candidates must have excellent communications and customer service skills.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, with rotating
